So late last night in bed, an idea came to mind, 'create a blog that focuses on outstanding customer service.' At the top of my head, walk that extra mile summed up two words, Customer Service. I'm a Nigerian who is very passionate about putting a lasting smile on the faces of customers through the universal language of customer service.
